ABOUT

Edit Domoszlai is a British-Hungarian choreographer and dance artist whose practice moves between choreography, embodied research and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Her professional dance career spans more than a decade, including work with Ballet Pécs, Rambert and L-E-V. Alongside performing, she developed an independent choreographic practice, creating work for a range of theatrical and contemporary dance contexts.

From 2024 to 2026, she led Gradient Contemporary Ballet at Csokonai National Theatre in Debrecen, where her work extended beyond choreography into artistic direction, company development and the creation of new collaborative structures for dance.

Her recent artistic research is particularly interested in the relationship between the mind and the moving body, how meaning emerges through movement, and how different embodied languages can be constructed, disrupted and reinterpreted.

Alongside her artistic practice, she holds an MA in Education and Technology from UCL Institute of Education, bringing together interests in learning, research, technology and creative practice.
